ABOUT USMelrose Harn is an founder of the Fiveoclock Kitchen , a premiere catering outlet in Chicago, selling gournment food. He is a self taught in the culinary arts, sandy started the business in 2000 by providing handcrafted brownies to local business. This blog is an exploration of culinary and garden arts, inspired by objects of material culture such as the five o’clock teaspoon, a requisite accoutrement for the afternoon tea ritual that became popular in Britain and America in the second half of the 19th century.
